The Lincoln Cathedral Choir Association exists to generate and maintain interest in the choir, to raise funds in support of certain choir activities, to organise and promote choir tours both within the United Kingdom and abroad, and to foster mutual help and support amongst choir parents. Parents of serving choristers and lay vicars have automatic membership, but anyone from the wider community who shares in the aims of the Association is very welcome to join. The Association is run by an elected committee consisting of chorister parents, and representatives from the Chapter, the Directors of Music, the Lay Vicars, the Cathedral congregation, and Lincoln Minster School.
